How we work

A method you can explain in four steps and defend in any meeting.

The difference between consulting that changes something and consulting that produces a document lies entirely in the method. Here is ours, in full.

The four steps of the method

01

Field

We arrive unannounced and experience what your customer experiences. We call, write, visit, book, complain. Everything is recorded: times, durations, wording, photographs.

02

Measurement

We convert observation into comparable numbers: first response time, conversion rate, score per dimension, position against three real competitors.

03

Design

We build the solution with you, not for you. Scripts, routes, pricing, training, materials. All tested with real people before going live.

04

Execution

We stay until it works. We train the team, sit through the first weeks and come back at 90 days to measure whether what we promised actually happened.

On the ground

The method only exists because it happens on-site.

No generic report, no checklist done from a distance. Every stage happens physically on the property, with the people who work there every day.

Non-negotiables

Four principles we do not negotiate

Evidence before opinion

Every statement in our report has proof attached: a recording, a timestamp, a photograph, a data point. No proof, no finding.

Processes, never people

Reports never name individuals. A service problem is almost always a process, training or tooling problem — and that is where it gets solved.

Prioritised by impact

We always rank recommendations by short-term results. Nobody sustains energy for a project that only pays off in month eighteen.

Declared independence

We do not represent a client's competitors during an assignment and we declare any prior relationship in writing. That is what gives our findings value.

What is at stake
