About us
Consulting by people who visit, test, and visit again.
SH1 was born from a simple observation and a lot of mileage: the Algarve has world-class raw material and a tourism experience built at half its potential.
We travelled wineries and estates across Brazil, Chile and Argentina as visitors — not as consultants. We paid for tickets, walked the vineyard, listened to the family story, tasted with food pairing at the table, and left with bottles, glasses and a memory we still retell today. None of it was accidental: it was method.
Back in Portugal the comparison was immediate. The Algarve's product is not inferior. The experience built around it simply does not exist yet. SH1 exists to close that gap — and to do so with the same rigour in any business that depends on how it receives people.
We work in Portuguese, English and Spanish, in the field, with decision-makers. We do not subcontract the diagnosis: whoever visits the site is who signs the report and who sits at the table for the presentation.

37, with a degree in Neuropsychology — the same field that studies how people decide and feel, and that underpins how she designs every visitor experience. Travels whenever she can, loves wine, and never turns down something that will not happen twice.
Where we work
Based in the Algarve. On the ground, wherever the project is.
Algarve and coastal Alentejo. We travel nationwide for projects of sufficient scale.
